Welcome to Dushi360.com (“Dushi360,” the “Platform,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms apply to the Dushi360 website, mobile website, iOS and Android apps, and related services. Please read them completely before registering or continuing to use the service.
1. Acceptance, age, and changes
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post information, message strangers, or use transaction, employment, housing, or transportation features.
- Checking the consent box, confirming a material update, or continuing to use services not affected by a material update means you accept these Terms and the applicable supplemental rules.
- Material changes involving personal information, payments, disputes, or user rights will receive prominent notice and renewed consent when required.
2. Platform role and services
Dushi360 provides local classifieds, jobs, housing, resale, business transfers, real estate, hotels, used vehicles, a business directory, grocery deals, rideshare information, community posts, messages, advertising, pinned placement, and Home promotion for Chinese communities in the United States.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Dushi360 only provides information-display and communication tools. It is not a party to a transaction, employer, employment agency, landlord, real-estate broker, carrier, taxi or rideshare company, insurer, escrow provider, or guarantor.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate and current information. Do not impersonate others or sell, rent, or transfer an account.
- Protect passwords and verification codes, and contact support promptly after suspected misuse.
- We may request verification or limit an account to prevent fraud, protect users, or comply with law, with an appeal path where appropriate.
- You may request account deletion in the app. Data is deleted, de-identified, or retained as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. User content and conduct
You are responsible for text, images, contact details, and other content you submit. Prohibited content includes illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, hate or discrimination, sexual exploitation, trafficking, illegal gambling, drugs, controlled goods, weapons, stolen or counterfeit goods, malware, privacy or intellectual-property violations, spam, ranking manipulation, phishing, and attempts to bypass safety controls.
Automated screening, reports, and staff review may be used, but we cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected before publication.
5. Category-specific rules
Employment
Employment posts must comply with wage-and-hour, work-authorization, and anti-discrimination law. Dushi360 does not guarantee the employer, job, pay, or hiring result. Do not request unexplained deposits, training fees, equipment fees, or advance payments.
Housing and real estate
Housing advertising must comply with the U.S. Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local law. Dushi360 does not verify title, permits, condition, availability, or the authority of a landlord or broker.
Goods, requests, and vehicles
Sellers must have the right to dispose of an item and disclose material condition. Vehicle users should verify identity, VIN, title, mileage, accidents, recalls, repairs, and liens.
Business transfers, hotels, and businesses
Users should verify licenses, leases, debt, taxes, permits, fire and health compliance, and operating data. A verification badge means only that specified materials were reviewed; it is not a background check, continuing compliance review, or quality endorsement.
6. Rideshare and car-service information
- Dushi360 does not dispatch, set fares, collect fares, employ drivers, provide transportation, or insure a trip.
- Drivers and riders must verify identity, license, vehicle, insurance, price, and route, and follow applicable law.
- Do not send advance payment. Call 911 for danger or emergencies; Dushi360 is not an emergency service.
7. Transaction safety and third parties
- Dushi360 does not provide escrow, payment guarantees, or reimbursement for losses.
- Do not send strangers deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other hard-to-recover payments. Meet in public and verify identity, property, and payment.
- Third-party sites, businesses, telephone contacts, and services are responsible for their own offerings. A link or listing is not an endorsement.
8. Ads, verification, and promotion
- Paid or sponsored placement is identified where applicable. Advertisers are responsible for accuracy, legality, and required disclosures.
- “Reviewed” or “verified” labels only describe specified materials reviewed at a particular time and are not guarantees of safety, credit, background, or quality.
- Pinning affects priority within a category; Home promotion may place content in the Home feed. Neither guarantees views, contacts, or transactions.
9. Points and paid digital benefits
- Dushi360 Points are virtual in-app benefits, not money. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or privately transferred.
- Purchases and refunds are governed by the purchase screen, Apple App Store or Google Play rules, and applicable law.
- Platform failures and duplicate charges may be investigated and corrected. Removal for a policy violation does not automatically create a refund.
10. Reporting, blocking, review, and appeals
Users may report content or block users. We may reject, remove, demote, limit, suspend, or terminate content or accounts based on risk and evidence. Serious or urgent illegal risk may be handled immediately and reported when required. False or abusive reporting is prohibited. Appeals may be submitted to support.
11. Intellectual property and license
Dushi360’s interface, logo, code, database structure, and owned content are protected. You keep rights in original content and grant the limited worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license reasonably needed to store, format, display, distribute, operate, and promote the service. See the Copyright and DMCA Rules for notices and counter-notices.
12. Translation, location, weather, and exchange rates
Machine translation may be inaccurate; rely on the original and independently confirm legal, medical, safety, contract, and payment information. Location may be imprecise and can be replaced by manual city selection. Weather, discounts, and exchange rates are general references and are not financial, safety, travel, or emergency advice.
13. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee user content, third-party services, transactions, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Service changes and severability
Services may change for safety, law, maintenance, or operations. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Security, intellectual property, liability, disputes, and lawful data-retention provisions survive termination where appropriate.
15. Governing law and disputes
Subject to non-waivable user rights, New York law applies. Contact support first to seek an informal resolution; otherwise a dispute may be filed in a court with jurisdiction in New York. These Terms do not include mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
